It was a case of how hard can we work guys when the boys took to the Fynsford Hill for what was a solid preseason workout. Good numbers, good weather and a bloody big hill made for a very hard session upon which to build their fitness.

Congratulations tp Charlie Farrell and Zac Schwennesen who were both invited to join other junior footballers from the Geelong region to train in the V Line Cup Squad in 2012 for U14-U15 players.

Troy Elzinga and his better half Sarah Tomlin have given birth to a baby girl. With three boys already in the family I'm sure Sarah will appreciate another female in the house. Little "Indie Jessie" will have to grow up strong to compete I think.

Junior Netballer Takes Out Shoot Out Comp.

Talisha Szucs from the 13U netball team won the Bay FM Netball Shoot Out Competition. In doing so she won $500.00 with which the club is going to use to purchase training tops for all the netty girls.
Well done Talisha.

Mitch and his girlfriend were surrounded by friends from the Football and Cricket clubs. There was a good turn out to support Mitch who broke his leg in a freak cricket accident which has rendered him unable to work for some time.
